GIG PIXIE
New from the RunPixie team

Conference photos, found by the people in them.

We photograph conferences and corporate events, and every attendee gets their own photos within seconds. People are matched by the name on their badge or the QR code printed on it, never by their face.

How it works

Your badges already do the hard part.

  1. 1

    Badges, as usual.

Attendees wear the badge you already print. We read the printed name, or a small QR code we add to your badge template.

  2. 2

    We shoot the event.

Our photographers or yours, plus the phones in the room, all gathered in one place.

  3. 3

    Everyone finds themselves.

Each attendee opens the event photo hub and sees every photo they appear in, from the keynote to the after-party.

GDPR-friendly by design

Matched by badge, not by face.

Most photo-finding tools start with a selfie and a face search. We don't. The only thing that links a photo to a person is what that person chose to wear: their name badge.

  • No face search, no selfies. We don't ask attendees for a selfie and we don't search photos by face.
  • Name badge or badge QR code.Identification uses only the printed name or the QR code on the participant's badge.
  • Hosted in the EU.Photos are stored and processed on EU infrastructure.
  • Removed on request.Any attendee can ask for their photos to be taken down.
For organizers

Photos people actually look at, and share.

A branded photo hub

One place for every photo of your event, under your name and your colours.

A new engagement channel

Attendees come back after the event to find themselves, and share what they find.

Nothing new to print

We work with the badges you already have. A QR code on the badge template is optional.

10,000,000+

photographs recognized and delivered by the same team at RunPixie, the leading race-photo provider in Poland. Gig Pixie brings that engine indoors.
